Laura Drury

As a classically trained engineer, Laura Drury sees how things can constantly be improved. Her passion is business sustainability, business process optimization, integrated software solutions and dynamic strategic planning. Laura sees how the elements of a business fit together and what is needed to optimize results. Optimizing results unlocks business potential and enables leaders throughout the organization to make the best decisions.

In addition to business consulting, executive coaching and leading business owner advisory boards with local businesses for the past 4 years, Laura served the telecom software industry for over 20 years, working in companies large and small, as well as local and international. Drawing from her skills as an engineer (University of Colorado, Boulder), Laura held roles as varied as software developer, Area VP of Number Management Services and COO, to name just a few.

Dr. Steve Drury brings people and business together so they can thrive. Gaining this alignment and getting the right communication tools in place leads to momentum, accountability, and solid business decisions at every level.

For over 15 years, Steve has worked with Fortune 500 (including HP, Proctor & Gamble, Nestle, Oceaneering and Harley Davidson), mid-sized and small companies, worldwide and locally to build their internal company cultures, resolve conflicts and clarify compelling business visions. Steve has bought and sold businesses, merged businesses, and led businesses for his entire career.

Steve received his professional business coach training from two ICF-accredited schools (iPEC and CoachU). He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and his advanced degree from Northwestern University (Chicago).

Steve Fitzgerald oversees an eclectic collection of enterprises spanning human capital consulting, art, and real estate. He serves on Boards of Directors, coaches C-Suite executives and consults on the topic of talent management, specifically focused on the development of critical talent, executive succession, creativity, culture & change, M&A integration, and human capital strategy. He thrives when faced with the hard-to-solve people problem.

Steve’s executive career spanned 30+ years, where he held the top HR Officer/Talent position at firms including Bridgewater Associates, Visteon, Vail Resorts, and Fairlane Credit. He also held executive roles at Silicon Valley outfits such as Sun Microsystems and Avaya, spending over a dozen years of his career in that sector. Steve is also the Chief Executive Officer of the FireStorm Group Ltd offering a suite of business consulting services to clients around the world.
